Robert Robotti is the President of Robotti & Company. Prior to forming Robotti & Company, Incorporated in 1983, Bob was a vice president and shareholder of Gabelli & Company, Inc. He worked in public accounting before coming to Wall Street and is a C.P.A. Bob holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University. Some of Bob's areas of coverage include Special Situations, Oil & Gas Producers and Oil-Service companies, and Property-Casualty Insurance. Bob is the principal of the managing member or general partner of several investment vehicles. Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of Panhandle Oil & Gas Company, a NYSE-listed diversified mineral company located in Oklahoma City and a member of the Board of Directors of Pulse Seismic Inc., a seismic data licensing business located in Calgary, Alberta. Previously, Bob was a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies, established to examine the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other aspects of the federal securities law.

Vincent Cardinal

Vincent is the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of Robotti & Company, Inc. and is responsible for the oversight of the compliance and regulatory areas of the Firm. Vincent’s career has focused primarily on compliance and regulatory functions in broker dealer and investment advisory firms. Prior to joining Robotti & Company, Vincent was the CCO of Natixis Bleichroeder, LLC. Vincent has also served as the CCO for ESN North America, Inc. (formally CIC Eurosecurities Inc.). He has also worked as a Compliance Officer for; Citicorp Investment Services, Tucker Anthony, and Lehman Brothers. Vincent began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the Margin Department. He is a graduate of St. John’s University with a BS degree in Business Management and Administration. Vincent holds the following securities licenses; Series 4, 7, 8, 14, 24, and 63

Erwin Mevorah

Erwin is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Robotti & Company, Inc. and is responsible for the oversight of the financial and administrative aspects of the firm. Erwin’s career has focused on middle market companies where he has been heavily involved in the finance and administrative functions. Prior to joining Robotti & Company, Erwin was the CFO of CoActive Marketing Group, a publicly traded marketing services company. During the period from 1995-2003, Erwin was the CFO at two different venture/private equity backed media companies and prior to that spent seven years at The Gabelli Group. Erwin started his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he was employed for four years and had a client base that had a particular emphasis on middle market entrepreneurial type companies. Erwin is a CPA and holds a BBA and MBA from Pace University.

Joe is a vice president and registered representative for the Company. He is also a general partner of Negundo Company, a family investment partnership. Joe holds a B.A. from the University of Akron.
